hi all,
so i've finally got a smartphone, an HTC wildfire s, being mid range, affordable etc etc. i wanted a smartphone for the bigger cameras, the internet, the bigger screen, the touch capacity etc.
i work outdoors and on my breaks i like to read the news which is unmetered with my service provider, i also like to get the weather. im not going to be using maps or most of the other things available.

I'm not a big gamer but have downloaded several free games from android market. i thought i'd download them via my computer using the usb cable and avoid paying mb download costs but the games won't actually install until i've turned on the mobile network. it's crazy and i'm starting to wonder if i misunderstood in the first place. if anyone can set me straight i'd appreciate it. in the meantime i've upped my plan to include more than 30mb a month! i know, 30mb is pathetic! now i get 1gb which hopefully will be more than enough.

i don't think i'm interested in rooting my phone or doing anything clever like that but if anyone has any seriously good suggestions i'm all ears.

I'm not too...less complications (in my opinion) and this will void your phone's warranty.
