Hello and welcome to Android Forums!

According to Boost Mobile's site they have International Coverage in Belize, but are subject to international rates: Boost Mobile - International Rates

Also check our device specific forum for more help (can't tell exactly what Samsung you have): Android Phones - Android Forums

Belize is a gorgeous country - I hope I get to visit some day.
