Hi,
I'm a motorola defy user. I like my phone a lot but it keeps crashing and goes so slow that I have to sit and wait for it to do what I want. I like to play scramble with friends and it really bogs down in that game. I came here looking for some answers about what I can do short of turning it in under warranty. I have a lot of applications downloaded but I put most of them on the SD card. I don't know what to do. I'm hoping I'll read something in the Defy forum that will be of use. My carrier is T-Mobile and it's a 3G phone. I'm glad to be here and I look forward to interacting with you. :o

Too much applications can slow down the phone performance - especially if there is one that is incompatible with the device. Uninstall all the applications that you can live without - or reset the device and only install applications that you use. This will improve your phone's performance significantly.
