OK, I'm resisting the tempting urge to lurk and instead saying hello to the forum. HI.
This is my first forum other than one on RunnersWorld.com, where you don't need much tech savvy to converse. Many of the options and settings offered as I registered here I had no idea what they were so I wondered if I was in over my head, but Phase's guidelines for participating made it sound like a place where people can comfortably step in at whatever level they are at. So, here I am.
I'm someone who typically learns only the minimum I need to get by when it comes to technology, but for some reason when my three-year-old cell phone died I decided I had to have a Galaxy S III. I ended up at the forum when I was about to heave my new phone against the wall because I couldn't find how to turn off the damn T9 my daughter turned on a couple of days ago. Thanks for providing the place to find the helpful answer.....and for saving my new toy.
I'm sure I'll be back seeking further guidance soon.
