I'm Ruth, a long time lurker of the web. I've been a Windows User for years, but started with computers back in the days of CPM. If you don't know what that is, then I'm really older than I thought.

Windows ticked me off and I am now using Linux Mint on my desktop and Zorin on my laptop. I still have Vista on a laptop because we use Windows at work.

I started into the world of Android with the Droid 2. Right now I have an LG Intuition, a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (both rooted) and a rooted Nook Touch.

Thanks to all of you out there who make rooting possible. You are the best!

Welcome to the forums. Great to have a new member aboard. Linux is a great operating system to use. When I fixed my dad's computer I installed Zorin on his computer because it looks like a Windows computer. And he used windows all his life, so I thought that I would make things a bit easier.
