just bought the s3 about two months ago at 500 from metro because it came with the codes so I didn't have to stay with metro if I didn't want to. Now I hear that I was tricked and can not take my phone to say At and T if I want. Is this true? I spent a lot of money for someone to trick me like that and I flat out said I did not intend to stay with metro. Great well I asked a question before realizing this is not the place but this is still my intro since it is the bases for getting the s3. On the other hand I adore the phone! It auto takes better photo's in the dark then it does in the sunlight. The photography is so stunning and I use it constantly. I adore all the apps but my power consumption is 98% from I think synching. I am an older person to start learning all the tech info but it is fun.Any suggestions are happily accepted.

Hi mamabrumble59. Welcome to Android Forums. There are but a few rare conditions where a branded phone can be legally changed to operate on a different carrier... sorry.
