I have smart of soft touch screen that is zte-u960 which shat off and on by its self when the battery is full could your company help me please what is the problem?. Here is my mobile phone number +256789202165

2) If you mean that the screen comes on by itself, that's the notification to remove the charger because the battery is fully charged.
