while in a very reliable app, the tablet froze. never happened before in android! unable to exit. after approx 20min wait, i powered off and restarted. Basic functions/apps still worked but on trying to start most apps, got a "app not installed" message. Had to go to app store and re-install. Some now work normally, others not so much, and some not at all. some apps have lost saved data/docs/etc.
what can i do????? PLEASE help
