I want to start by saying hello to everyone, nice to be here, a ton of useful information to soak up. I normally do a good job of learning from others and not needing to ask many questions. However, its been a long time since I have messed with this sort of thing, and I'm finding myself getting a little over my head fairly quickly.
A little background information; I'm coming from an OG droid that remained pretty much stock for the long time that I had it (a first for me). Before that, I had the displeasure of owning a BB storm (The worst phone in the history of the world). Spent many hours downloading leaked OS's just to make my phone run somewhat smooth. After replacing 7 of my shitty storms, Verizon finally let me have the OG droid for the upgrade price. It was so nice out of the box and soooo much smoother and faster than my storm that I was happy with it as it was. The storm scarred me, it took something I used to enjoy for recreation and forced me into it for many many hours, just to make a device that I hated almost run smooth.
That probably too long history, (sorry about that, hope I haven't lost you) leads us to today with my droid bionic. After leaving well enough alone for the last year and a half or so, I'm ready to get my hands dirty again on a device that I cant wait to fully unlock. So as you may have guessed by my autobiography I have a lot to learn.
WHEW! Now that allll of that is out of the way I can actually get to my question/s. I'm rooted using the one click method and I have Titanium backup with all of the bloat frozen. Also have the bootloader thing and can reboot into recovery. I was doing fairly well with understanding everything (or so I thought) until I got curious about this team black hat app I keep hearing about.
When I open the team black hat app, it loads for a second then asks if I want to download while not on wifi. After clicking ok, I get a choice of downloading 4 things. Toolbox v 1.5.1 (droid bionic) tells me what it is going to do, then tells me I should be completely bloated and need to install busybox. This is pretty much as far as I have gotten. I'm pretty sure I have installed busybox but I dont know really know what it does. I still have all of my bloat frozen though because that didn't seem like it would make a difference.
What I'm also wondering about is the bootloader bootstrap thing. I can download the team black hat toolbox, and it says it saved it on the sdcard. But when I reboot to recovery and try to install from sdcard, there is no such folder. I was under the impression that's how it worked, save something to the sdcard then reboot to recovery and install it from there. Does it have something to do with this phone having two sdcards? If any of my understanding is off please let me know.
Once again I'm sorry about the novel, just wanted to paint a clear picture, and hopefully understand what I'm doing a little better. Looking forward to spending a lot more time here and learning everything there is to know.

And damn, that black hat app was easy. Kind of embarrassed I didn't get that myself haha. So that is running nicely now, and I'm liking all of those features. Can I assume that I installed the busybox right since the tbh app works? Also now that I have the TBH app can I uninstall the bionic bootstrapper since I can boot to recovery through the tbh app? I'm also assuming its safe to refreeze some of the bloat that tbh didn't catch? Thanks again!
