i will try reset boton but after restart will see password

i will try this prosidure but no effect

1. Complete shut down the device

2. Press and hold the 'volume down' button (located above the rotation lock). Please ensure that you press the bottom half of the silver button

3. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds then release but contiue holding 'volume down'

4. Wait for the device to vibrate then

5. Quickly push the rotation lock key up and down several times.
