hello recently my huawei m835 shut off without warning and will not boot.I have insurance but have bad experiences with this phone :( and wanted to know if i payed the difference between the prices of the m835 and the samsung admire would i be able to get the samsung admire? :confused: any help is MUCH appreciated thanks

You would have to check with the corporate store where you make the insurance claim at. Did you return the phone already:confused:
If so-what was the result?
