Help! Android Box just stopped working

Hi, I currently own a Leelbox MXQ PRO 4K. I did have the latest update of Kodi installed as well. It was working fine up until a few weeks ago. I've triied everything on the menu to try and get it to restore to factory settings, including using the reset button on the back. No matter what I try I keep getting the same message,
Cannot load volume/misc!

Looks like the firmware has corrupted, and it needs reflashing. Think you'll need to contact Leelbox for that, because otherwise it's bricked and nothing else you can do.
