Help! Apps dont work on data

[Android Question]

HI,
I use an android phone. Sony Xperia miro. I have a data connection with my phone plan. but only the Facebook app and the default Browser app are able to use the data connection on my phone. All the other apps like viber, whatsapp, Facebook messenger etc only work on wifi. I don't know why they cannot connect to the internet using the data connection. I tried changing the phone settings and the app settings. Nothing works. How do i get the other apps to work on data?? Please help!!!

That could be a number of things, but it sounds like a DNS problem so I'd contact your provider's tech support number.
