Help help audio problem!!

hi all

having an issue when watching videos/youtube/music its seems the audio skips/crackles/jumps (does that make sense) , is really annoying is this a know issue... if so how can i fix?


i have 1.28 firmware...

try resetting it it may be a bug or some factory defects.. don't forget to backup!

if its a bug in the software, even with a factory reset, wont this still be present?

and how can i backup as iv got a mac

ok so i did a factory reset...
problem stopped...


woke up thismorning, thought i would try..
problem there again.. any more ideas?

I have exactly the same problem. It's really annoying. Has anyone worked out how to stop it? I'm running 1.29

try looking under running applications if something if syncing. That might be your problem.
