Help - Auto installing application

After installing the "Titanium Backup Pro" apk on my HTC One X, I noticed a strange application had automatically got its way into my device (please refer to the screenshot below, the bottom app with Chinese name)

Picture is in my 2nd post below - sorry I'm new

So my question is, whether this app is malicious and how do I get rid of it?

You might uninstall both apps and then install Titanium Backup Pro from Play Store.
