most of the time I keep in sending SMS but failing to send, Do we have an option or an app that can automatically resend sms when it send failed? Thanks

I think is not normal to have often SMS not sending (fail). Maybe you shold try a network settings reset. I rather focus to put to an end to fail send, not to resend until it will be sended.
In SMS settings is the messgae center displayed correct ? Is the phone previosly workin with other SIM form another operator ?
In stock SMS app there is no option to automatically resend, about other SMS app maybe, but dont know.
