Root Help, Back to stock. Please!!!

I have 2 LG Optimus M, One is on KelsoMod RC2 Rom, The other one is on CyanogenMod 7 Rom. I did a back up on both phones but since i bough the lg motion i give it to my son to play games and what he did was that he delete a lot of stuff from the sdcard including the back up on both phones. I want to give one of the phone to my friend so he can activated but i need at least one of the phone to go back to stock because he is an old person and he is going to the store to do it. How I do that? What is the simple way? After reading here in the forums I try that file call LGNPST but after trying like 10 times it just wont run. always say missing skin.dll i try everything, uninstall, restart, installing again, etc... and no luck. Please help.

Just put a rom on an sd card, boot into CWM holding down vol down and home then hit power hold for 3 seconds (Let the power button while continuing to hold volume down and home when in CWM then just re-flash a Rom.
 
And where to get the ROM ? I've downloaded some Stock ROMs from shipped-roms dot com but there are all .EXE files that I cannod decompress to gain the FW file from...
