Root help before wife kills me lol

Is there anyway to unbrick from flashing something from stock recovery? I restored a backup and botlooped in the process. I have no current access to pc so.. Was just wondering. I had it rooted and had custom recovery, but it only boots to stock recovery with the m and r keys. Any help would be appreciated on getting this phone back working. Also i see the bootloader when the i key is pressed and gives the option to program, but havnt tried it cause i dont know what it will do. 1 more thing this is a sprint phone flashed to boost, will it need reflashing of carriers? Plz do not overlook this post cause of this being a old phone. My wife loves it lol

Tried adb, sbf_flash, got a imac g4 ppc and got the bad cpu type error due to noncompatible cpu. Finally got my hands on a dell with vista and rsdlite. 15 min later, I have a like new xprt. I didnt get much help on this thread (I do understand it being a legacy/obselete), but at these forum, I have recieved alot of help on mostly for the motion. I have gained alot of knowledge from this community, so big thx and much respect!!
