Root Help - best droid3 ROM for GSM + Data...

Good day I am traveling mostly in GSM with my Droid 3 from Verizon ...

what would be the best ROM for me to get?


reason I am asking is that I got CyanogenMod (CM9 and GApps) and applied the XT860 (Bell/Canada, Brazil, etc) Sub-Patch - but to no avail

it connects and calls fine - but no matter what - I can not get it to do data over any network (maybe I am missing some setting) - BUT when I Safestrap back to default Android OS from Verizon it connects just fine...

so I want to try another ROM that works fine on GSM + DATA

please advise... thank you...

I'm new to the D3 world but have been happy with Steel Droid 4.5. I tried to flash Liberty ROM but got stuck at the boot animation and gave up on it.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there are a whole lot of ROMs available for the D3. At least from what I've seen.

I'll try them all now...

but I think "3G Data link lost" will show up on all of them with I am outside of USA and turn on WiFi tethering

what gives ... any help... thank you...
