Help,Black screen

I have a Super Pad VI, Android 2.3 I bought at amazon. I was trying to delete some of the crap, and hit the return to factory reset. My screen is black with a Collaboration icon moving around when I touch the screen.
When I first turn the tablet on it will go to my wallpaper for just a second, and then goes black again. How can I fix it
 
Welcome to the forums :)

Sounds like your only option left is to boot in to recovery and factory reset it again. Otherwise we really can't do much for you. You might want to contact the seller about this.
