Help help:browser being redirected???

Hello:
may need some help please
attempted to install 2 apps today a wifi/tether app with the misunderstanding of what they were.. both were uninstalled.
but now all browser activity is taken over and rerouted to a page https://dunsp.vzw.com and locks up the phones browser and email
we need some help please

The only thing I can think of is back up your data. Then factory reset. Also try downloading an antivirus and try downloading a new browser. Just some options.
