Help bug report says rooted never done

My phone says it's rooted I've never done anything of that type it's been acting funny I haven't had it long I had a Verizon contract and my phone said rooted so went to Straight Talk same problem it seems

What kind of phone do you have? Are you the first owner? Sometimes grey market phones will be sold already rooted.
 
I will send bug report of want I I never rooted anything

Yes I had a Verizon contract dropped it because it was acting so funny and I couldn't turn Bluetooth off notification nothing I went got a brand new Straight Talk phone to get away from that and now this LG phone it's starting to do the same stuff. I have people ask me why I sent them that picture I didn't send them nothing
 
If both phones, different brands on different carriers are behaving in the same way, then you can almost guarantee that it's an app that the culprit. Discovering which one can be problematic. Did this start after installing or updating a specific app that you can remember?

Well when I download in my email and all my stuff I started happening seem like but I think you got worse or maybe started when I downloaded that stupid POF app I just know there's no way we going to fix this I don't tell you

Also I don't really have that many apps. It's got all kinds of files and do crazy s*** and I can't delete them or stop them

LOL yeah it's a dating site age is not a good one. But like I said it said my camera had run for like so many hours in the background why would that happen

But that's not really what I'm getting at I'm getting at the point of my messages will go so slow when typin or nothing and people getting stuff I don't send. I just got some kind I just got some kind root or shell thing I. Have heat air buissness dont need
 
If this was a new phone from your carrier and you didn't root it, I really doubt it's rooted. What kind of apps are going crazy? If you are using a task killer or phone optimizer or some such "utility" it probably is the source of your problems.

Qhy and why would this location have be able to reroute my message to somewhere else what. The only other app I have that I want is that DuckDuckGo app

The only apps that are acting up is my text messaging app that come on the phone won't let me delete Facebook I don't use it. Am I my internet
 
You are throwing a lot of stuff out, not very coherently, and I think a lot of it is normal stuff that you just don't understand and nothing to do with your problem. So can you just stop for a second, describe the actual problem, and focus on that?

By the way, nothing that you've posted so far says anything about the phone being rooted. The word "root" appears in the first set of shots, but "root" is a general term for the android superuser account. That is where the word "rooting" comes from, but any android device will have root processes on it, so any mention of "root" in a process name in a log file does not mean that the device has been rooted or even that anyone has tried to root it. I think that is a red herring.
 
Did not mean to click that but anyways and what it does is freeze up or won't even send the message I'm sending or will be15 words behind or just straight-up won't do it until I started phone backup. And my advice administrator keeps turning back on after and other permissions after I turn them off

bacback on Wi-Fi kick on Bluetooth
 
Maybe there's something I could download and run and see I don't know what to do. I just know I don't need it send any messages or are pictures that I did not send

Okay I apologize. I just thought maybe there was something and going on right now that you already know about. Okay what is doing is when I start texting it'll just freeze and won't do nothing and when it keep typing I'll be won't show nothing. Or I'll be typing and I'm not very fast and it won't do nothing for 15 seconds .and then what I said will pop up I have a couple friends that show me screenshots of pictures and stuff I did not send my Facebook had two other accounts logged in on it I'll keep them out. I'm not sure if any of this is relevant. I got on a Plenty of Fish dating site. And they would have pop ups and I'm sure I click several on accident or they would aask you to send them a message via snapchat or email. It seems like it slowly progressively getting worse and worse Google won't Internet won't load
 
Okay looking at the pictures you posted of your bug report screenshots what's your calling rooted is absolutely not a rooted phone believe me I know I root Android what it's telling you they're all Android phones everything that runs on a Linux platform or linux-based unix-based platform as a root user that's user 0 that means basically like the system processes and such are user 0 and that's all but it does look like you have some problems with your Bluetooth maybe try disabling Bluetooth
 
Ok well I dont know enough about . but the blue tooth has two look same but cant disable or see what permissions it has. And if there's anything else to on that bug report you need. I dont know enough goes forever
