I downloaded a free game from Google Play and paid to "unlock" the full version about a month ago. Today, I can no longer access the paid-for part of the app. It tells me to buy it when I reach that level.

My Google Play account confirms the full app is paid for (and it used to work fine). I am logged into my Google account on the tablet, if that matters, so why won't it play any more?

The fact that your Google Play account confirms that the full app is paid for pretty much guarantees that you are going to full game back again. I'd say at this point it's simply a question of whom to contact first, either the makers of the game or the Google store themselves. Seeing as it's so easy to just copy and paste an email I'd send them both one and make sure you stress that your account confirms the full app is paid for. Good luck!

I'd suggest first contacting the app developer (you can use the Contact link on the Play Store listing) to see what they can do. If possible, I'd be sure to include the Google Play purchase/order number (which should be in your email receipt). Good luck!

I finally managed to fix this... The game developer responded and I had to go to the Parent Control part of the app and "reset" it, whatever that means. Three-year-old is happy so I'm happy. :)
