Tried to update my Obsedian this morning and it kept shutting down while "optimizing apps". This went on for four hours. Tried to factory reset using the power and volume up buttons, I can get to the boot screen but it shuts down after. I do not get the resting android that would lead me to the menu were I can finalize the reset.
Any ideas??
