HELP - cannot make a call & error message

Hi,

For the last few days, sometimes a call disconnected in the middle of the call and for the next 15 sec I can't make a call and it says:
"To place a call, please make sure Airplane mode is off and wait for network registration complete." every time I trying to call.
After the 15 sec it says "Praparing SIM card..." and after that I can make calls again.

Within those 15 sec - airplane mode is OFF for sure and it seems like there are a signal and cellular absorption (I mean there is no "X" on the cellular absorption sight on the top bar)

Is there a problem with my SIM card or it's problem caused by my mobile company?

First try the easy fix of replacing your sim, due to the error your carrier should give u a free one, go see them
If error persist s, pkease post again or pm me and ill give you more ideas. Also post phone make, modle carrier, and os build name, version ect. [Android, jb, 4.1.1 ; windows, 8, somthing here]

Android 4.1.1

I'll try to replace the SIM.

Is there anyone that it's happend to him too? (Or something like this)

I have had a sim die before, it was a long time ago, but your symptoms dound similar
