Root Help! Can't install apps after root

I just finished rooting my Marquee. It all went good and I'm back to the stock ROM. If I try to DL an app from the Play Store I get a error that there's not enough memory to install. I've checked and there's 2.8 gig available on the internal storage and 4 gig on the SD card. Any idea how to fix???

Try a factory reset, then clear your cache, then go to ADVANCED and clear your dalvik cache. Hopefully that'll solve your problem.

That did it! I was hoping to to avoid that since I already installed all my apps from backup but hey, it's good practice.

Hey man, that's awesome! I'm happy it worked for you. Those steps are a very good habit to get into. ROMs like CTMOD clear cache and dalvik when flashing. Still, I do it manually just in case. It does not hurt to do and extra wipe. That's for sure. Left over data can cause all sorts of problems.
