I followed all instructions for the broken out Rom 1.0/w blitz Kernal and after it installs n i go to boot it gets stuck on lg screen plz help

It may not be stuck. It has to rebuild your dalvik cache before the initial boot. Some initial boots can take upbringing 10 mins. Be patient and post back with an update.

I waited and it stayed on lg screen for an hour so i took battery out and booted into recovery and restored my backup n my phone went back to stock root
If it stays on the LG screen then it's soft bricked.
You'd better be glad that what you did worked, because if you would have had cwm bootloop, and used the delooper it would have restored factory restoration which would have soft bricked you with no possible recovery method unless you could use the LG updater.
I had that issue. Only thing I could do was short out a chip on the phone after opening it, and convince them that it overheated
