Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.
Note: This feature may not be available in some browsers.
It says *problem parsing packages*What happens when you try to log-in to your Google Account?
I get the same message, I know thatI would expect you to get that response from trying to install an app not on Playstore.Go to Settings, applications and check the box marked install from unknown sources should cure that. But how about when you try to log-in to your Google account?
I did it 3 times and it didn't helpTry removing your google account, reboot and set up google account again
I cleared the apps data, didn't help, hard reseted it, also didn't helpHave you tried clearing the data on the affected applications?
What method did you use when you say you "had to restore it"? It kind of sounds like the data for the Google applications became corrupted. Clearing the data for those *may* let you get up and running again without requiring a factory reset.

I flashed them few times and it didn't helpTry to flash GAPPS since it's rooted (I'm guessing you have some kind of recovery), try here:

If that doesn't fix it. I have no idea what will. (Also have no idea if this will work.)
Now I don't have much time because of school but I'll give you info in Saturday, flashing the ROM seems to be a really good ideaOur LG L5 II forum is kind of scarce, so I'm going to move your thread to another spot where I hope it will get some more eyes on it.
I found a guide at XDA for flashing a stock ROM, it *may* be worth a shot:

I'm usually pretty scarce on the weekends, but there should be someone else around that can lend some assistance if you run into trouble. Now I don't have much time because of school but I'll give you info in Saturday, flashing the ROM seems to be a really good idea
