Help for a newbie please
I recently got a Samsung s5 locked to orange /ee in the UK.
I work overseas in Africa so got an unlock code from a seller on Ebay with good feedback so i can swap my sims when away.
Anyway so i didn't actually do anything and i lost my phone signal ,it keeps coming up with unable to register on network ,any network that i try .
I read somewhere that i could have damaged the EFS or something ,sorry i cant remember and i would need to root the phone and reinstall it ??
I ve tried updateding the firmware through Kies but still the same .
Is there an idiots guide on this please? thanks in advance
