Root Help, Cant root new replacement phone

Had a rooted m130 commando, got a replacement from verizon and its a m150. I can't seem to find a easy explanation of how to root this phone. Does anyone have a simple either one click method or a step by step procedure?

Also when I was build 130 I could download a couple forum apps that I no longer can. The two I used were autoguide and motorcycle, now my device isn't compatable. What's up with this

try downloading them on your pc then manually install them to your phone.
