Help Help , cant turn off flash on incoming calls , no third party app installed

recently flashed the C-rom on note n7000 and oneplus one converter from highonandroid.com but i dont know if its system it self or the oneplus one converter but when ever there is an incoming call the phones flash turns on , i cant find any where in the settings to turn it of , not in accessibility, developer options , anywhere , need help as its annoying ,and c-rom is based on cm11 so dont know if its the cm11 bug itself . please help
