Root help changing from cyanogen to ICSStock rom

I don't have a PC and want to change my rom from cyanogenmod to ics stock. ICSStock v2.zip I have read up and its strait forward like when I installed my current rom from gingerbread. The only problem I'm having is it says if I have cwm installed which I do and gingerbread firmwear then I can download zip. Recovermode factory reset etc install. If I don't have gingerbread do I need to install this first via Odin before I can install ics stock rom even though it was originally gingerbread 2.3.6 galaxy ace firmware. Can anyone tell me if I can just install same as I did cyanogen. Thanks guys

Would be best discussing this with other Samsung users. Samsung devices are completely different to everything else

Sorry i posted in lounge by mistake. Problem solved anyway. For anyone who has simikar prob you can just install ics stock as long as your firmware was gingerbread 2.3 regardless if you flash any other rom onto it with out needing to reinstall ginbread.

yes because ICS stock is actually Gingerbread 2.3.6 based anyway. it says 4.0.3 because he edited the build.prop file.
