Help changing info on settings menu

Like the title says i know there's a way you can change some of the content on the settings menu in the picture below (example prl, phone number etc)
i read it on a thread the other day but i cant seem to find it now
any help would be greatly appreciated
This is on a GS3 if it helps

makes no sense why change your prl and number? do u men spoof it? or are u really trying to change prl physically and your number? cuz swapping prl involves using some software like qpst to push prl to your phone and your number along with min number can be manually set via hidden menu by do that? that would make your phone not work at all.

thank you for your reply.
as i said examples: PRL, Phone number, Phone info, IP address, anything that is possible to be changed.
Whether the phone is functional or not after the changes, is not really a problem

Well have to be specific since somethings can be changed and some can't. So just cuz I can change my prl to something else won't mean it will be possible to change my iccid.
