I've been wondering why every time i get to connect my phone to my pc, My PC Keeps saying "FOUND NEW HARDWARE" and Windows Wizard always shows up i already installed the LG PC Suite and nothing happens i do all the instructions on the Help Button at LG PC Suite but nothing really happens
My problem is i can't put new videos,musics,photos on my phone
How come my PC can't detect it ????
I tried already removing the phone from the usb port and connecting it but still nothing happens
I tried all the USB Ports in my PC but still can't get detected whats wrong with it ???
ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME I WOULD BE HONOR TO GET HELP FROM YOU
But when i try it on my friend's PC my phone gets detected when i use LG PC Suite but mine is not please tell me what to do.
Do i need to update ?
Also when i Right Click on My Computer - Properties - Hardware - Device Manager - Other Devices I can see there a Yellow Question mark on LG Device please help
My Phone is LG L5 E615
My PC OS is Windows XP SP3
