Help! Corrupted micro SD card!

Hi, I took some pictures yesterday of an emissions system in a vehicle I needed to copy. When I got home (My phone strangely will not charge while it's on, and it will not connect to a computer via the USB) I pulled the micro SD card out, and inserted it into the little SanDisk reader, and plugged it into my laptop... Well, the computer froze, and I restarted it.

Now, when I try and access the DCIM folder, it shows up as an icon not associated with anything!

I tried PC inspector, (I even selected the deep scan) and it didn't find a single file.

Is there a free program that can scan for corrupted files and not just deleted ones?
