Root help deleteing stock apps

i just rooted and cant figure out how to delete some of US cellulars crap stock apps. How have you guys done it?? Thanks

Im not really sure, it was a program i downloaded, i plugged my phone it and ran it. it brought up a command line type thing and did it for me. it was a zip file title FascinateRoot_v02

Titanium backup app in the market will delete apps or freeze them on a rooted device. It will also backup and restore your stuff.
