Help!! Device in a bootloop mode

My device only boots to Google screen then restarts...
I DID A factory reset..
1) HOlding pwr+volume up and down keys to get into that boot mode. Then choosing Recovery
2)Once in Recovery I then Hold the pwr+down key till the menu comes up I chooose factory restore/wipe. The factory reset is successful. Next I choose reboot device.


Device continues to boot in a continuous loop.. Since I am out of warranty I wouldn't mind trying to flash this thing back to life...

You'll need to unlock the bootloader first, but you could try flashing the factory images manually.

Ok followed the walk through. I pwr the tablet on boots to the google screen and restarts.

Guess it could be a hardware issue

Has it always done this, or just recently? Did something change?
