Root Help device offline in Step 4 after downgrade

I have downgraded the RUU in step 4 and rebooted, but now my adb shows my device as offline. Please help

Edit: I am a moron and didn't have debugging checked.
 
happened to me also . The directions and video are great but could included those little steps that are overlooked easily
 
I agree, the non power user needs a more inclusive guide. There are some details that most people doing this won't know without searching.

There are two videos to watch which coincide with the 9 step manual root. Nate Mills narrates the video. He does an excellent job. I'm a noob to android, but the root worked for me. I was sweating bullets for a while but in the end, all is good. I'm donating today.
