Hi guise.
I recently bought a new LG Optimus M from Metro and it came with version 2.2.2. I was going to root it but apparently found out that I can't root it at all with this version, so I tried downgrading it.
For some reason it failed.
I was following this guide:

and it gives me the error
"Failed to load setting xml file. Reason: System does not support the specified encoding."
Software version for the phone is 13.39 MS690ZV6.
Any clue what I can do?
