[edit: SORRY in advance, for the NON-DESCRIPTIVE title -- I tried to fix it -- I'm just in a Panic. Sorry again.... here's my post:]
I'm STALLED at 75% -- I downloaded "Samsung Smart Switch" to my iMac (running OSX 10.9) to update my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from Version 5.0.1 to version 5.1.
Samsung Smart Switch said "Update Available," and I clicked "OKAY GO AHEAD AND INSTALL!"
After 20 minutes or so, it has been STUCK at "75%" for the past 2 hours.
What do I do?
1.) Wait like a dumba**
2.) Restart it (won't this BRICK my phone?)
