HELP!: Evo Touch Screen Gone Haywire

I finally got around to fixing my LCD and Touch screen. It worked great for about a week I rooted it, installed Cyanogen mod 7.

Then one day it was almost dead so I plugged it into a wall charger that wasn't HTC and when I got home I noticed my screen going haywire.

So I re installed my rom cleared catch tried re installing the touch screen to see if the ribbon wasn't all the way in and it still doesn't work. There is a possibllity moister might have gotten in it.

So I was just wondering if there is a way to test it for what it might be
or If I order a new one if it will work or is it some sort of software error?

PLZ HELP I take any advice.

I assume you have an HTC EVO, I would post that question here, I am sure you will get the proper help, HTC EVO 4G

I saw your other thread in the Evo 4G area which Don kindly linked for you and I hope you get some good and helpful advice over there.

I do think that if your phone was exposed to moisture, that certainly could be a cause of your touch screen issues.
