Help finding a phone

[optiontips]

Ever since the Galaxy Nexus surfaced, I have been looking forward to getting an ICS phone. I was looking at the LG Optimus L7, because of its Price, but I've read some pretty bad reviews. I've been scouring the net looking for phones that have, or will be updated to ICS and I've seen so many pages and read so many rumors that my head hurts!
PLEASE HELP!
I'm Looking for.....
- A Phone with ICS out of the box, or an ICS update will do
- A phone with a Processor that can handle ICS
- 4.0" or bigger screen
- Nothing with Sony Ericsson's Timescape (I just don't like it)

Thankyou!!!!!!

There are lots of options. Do you have a budget? Do you have a carrier preference or would like to buy it unlocked?
I'd also change your title to reflect what this thread is about. (if you're not sure, let us know, we can do it for you)
