Root Help flashing another rom

Need help, im currently using VIPERrom trinity v2.0 ext4-rfs dk28 dual 4.0.4
but im getting pretty board of it, i wanna change to midnight rom, would i have to odin back to stock and flash midnight rom, or can i just flash is with the current rom installed?

As stated above, just take a look at the midnight thread, best probably over at XDA. They'll have all the instructions you need depending on where you're coming from. My assumption would be no, you don't have to Odin back to stock, but I would read through the OPs and see what they say. You shouldn't have to read through the whole thread to get what you need, it should be posted within the first post or few.
