Help HELP FOR A OLD LADY WHO LOVES ART?

I have a samsung Galaxy S10 plus. I hate the themes and colors and wallpapers etc. I can't write code y'all my kids are grown, and would just like to design my own themes. I downloaded Theme galaxy, theme maker for Android. Well it worked until I paid for Pro.
I am so sorry if I don't belong here, I am a very creative person, who was born to early? Any help would be appreciated!

First of all, there's no such thing as being born too early to use Android!

Now, if you can give us some details on what your problem is, we'll try to help you get it all sorted out.

What do you mean by:

I downloaded Theme galaxy, theme maker for Android. Well it worked until I paid for Pro

Tell us, exactly, what happened. For example, the app would no longer open, or the app would crash while working on a project. Be as specific as you can.

In the meantime, you can try this:

- from System Settings, go to your list of apps (on my phone, the path is Apps & Notifications, and then App Info--yours may differ slightly)

- scroll down to the problem app and select it

- press Storage, and then Clear Cache

- back up one screen and Force Stop (answer 'yes' when prompted)

Now try running the app. Does it work? Let us know!

I just looked at it in the Play Store, it says "
All the Galaxy devices running "Official Stock Nougat/Oreo/Pie" are supported.


THIS APP WILL NOT WORK ON ANDROID 10/ONEUI 2.0 AND IT'S IN EOL"

The "it's in EOL" means 'End of Life i.e. no longer supported. And if your phone is running a version of Android other than Nougat (7) Oreo (8) Pie(9) it may not work properly.

I'm not familiar with Samsung, but try going to settings then About Phone and scroll down to Android version. Someone familiar with Samsung may have mre relevant advice.

Whatever s** is. I'd take a guess at it and, if correct, the statement would most certainly be accurate. Then again, I'm an old Navy guy and that's kinda my default mode anyway...
