Apps HELP for programming with GPS locations !

Hi everyone, uhhmm. just asking for some help for my project.
First - What is the best language that i can use for this project.
Second - Can someone help me for the codes of getting locations?
Third - Can my program affects the accuracy of the location given by GPS?
Fourth - what can i use for getting Live GPS location?

Best bet is to use the Java programming language with the Android SDk. It exposes various Location APIs that allow you to do this work.

Thank you, mr. jonbonazza. hmm. how about the Map? you know a map that i can use to interpret the location from the GPS ?
