Root Help!!! Formatted all Partitions

Ok so as you can tell from my name im kinda new at this, however im willing to try ANYTHING to get my phone back to working condition.
So what i did was root my phone using gingerbreak then installed rom manager
i flashed my phone to the ascend and all was well. I was able to get to recovery mode and all was well. Using tutorials i found on youtube i found a rom and trie to install it, but it didnt work so i recovered my rom and went back to work. I ran into trouble when i got frustrated and decided that maybe if i partition sd ext it might work, except my data was lost (not really a big deal to me) so i realized that i would have to redownload the rom i thought "hey why not use this opertunity to mess arounfd with some of the features (even though i dont really know what they do)". I went into an options list that said something like :

/boot
/system
/recovery
/data
/cache
/misc

and for some reason formatted them all and booted
so i need a way to bring my phone back from the dead.
i cant boot into recovery unless i use an sd card different from the one that went through this ordeal
so i can still boot ito recovery but and my phone can tell that there are files on my sd card it can even tell what they are called however i dont think it can actually read any files from my sd card(may be wrong)
So please if anyone knows a fix please help me

Just a wise Tip, Not trying to bump a thread or nothing but, There is 1 Partition you Did NOT format, (Do not even bother formatting it, or you will be fubar!)

Ok so, Take the SD Card out of your phone,
Insert it into something where you can gain access to it via PC...


Download the CORRECT rom (Roms not for your phone, will brick it..)

Then move the .zip to: clockworkmod\backup

(if there are others there, leave them...)

Then disconnect the SD card from PC...
Insert into your phone
Use the commands to get into CWM Recovery,
Do "Backup & Restore" then "Restore" and then choose that .ZIP that you loaded on there, it then should install the ROM for it, then you will awake your phone from the dead.


Btw. the partition that wasnt listed (guessing you didnt format it) was /sdcard


Never ever format that from CWM..

Thank you for replying to the post unfortunately I saw it too late and trashed my phone for a new one wish i saw this sooner but thank you anyways.
