[HELP] galaxy s5830i upgrading fault

please help....
i've used the tutorial of upgrading android 2.3.6 gingerbread to 4.0 ICS

and i've followed all the steps correctly but when the process is completed... I booted up the phone, then the samsung galaxy ace appears then stocked... nothing more happens but it stopped.. i dont know want i got to do...

HELP ME PLEASE.. for those who cares for me ..

Did you do a factory reset, wipe cache partition and wipe dalvik cache after flashing the rom?
Is this your first custom rom?
