Help - Getting ads - My Device

Please help i have been gettin this ads.. It has been bugging me out and it's annoying because it redirects me to settings and app store.. I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW, STILL NO ANSWERs.
 
The ads are like this.. It returns every hour.. I HAVE SEARCHED THE ENTIRE APPS... EVEN THE SYSTEM APPS.... I HAVE SEARCHED THE APP DATAS, THE CACHES

I think this is what's causing this... I deleted it SEVERAL times, but returns every 39 minute
