Root Help getting back to stock (or something)

Okay I have a phone (its my sisters) I have no idea what was on it. I can get into fastboot (computer doesn't see the device so it doesn't matter) and hboot I have had it try and update through the sd card twice and it comes right back to hboot
bootloader says:
