Help getting mobile data back after factory reset

Cant figure out how to get my mobile data working. It stopped after i factory reset my phone a couple days ago. It says my mobile data is turned on but it keeps saying network problems and doesn't work.

Call Virgin mobile and they will remotely reset your device to fix all data and calling issues. You need to call from a different phone so that they can do this.

This should be an easy fix. Go to Settings/System updates/Update PRL. Let me know if this fixes.
